Sorry guys for all the problems with ini file locations and profile modes. I've asked how I'm supposed to know RR is in profile mode and will correct the installer when told however moving the ini file from the plugin folder to the profile mode directory will cure the problem.

I have an HTC Nexus One running on BS 8.0.338.

Any clues as to why this is happening? Thanks!

Actually while I was editing this post changed MobilePhone.net debug level to 5, restarted RR and now it seems to be working. At least I can dial numbers from the carPC and audio gets routed to the car speakers. Contacts list doesn't show though

Well I love the plugin. Just can't seem to get the battery and service strength indacaters working. I have an iPhone 4. Is it possible to add these indacators to the dfx skin?
    Thanks

you may find these won't work ,,, a very few phones actually makes those sliders work.
as for adding to dfx skin its easy , just open the skin in skineditor, and add indicator where you want it

Well... I have no idea what I did but all a sudden it works!!! Other than installing bluesoleil cPhone plugin I don't think I changed anything. Though it's not perfect it is somewhat fuctioning, but only sometimes. Seems about 1 out of 4 riderunner startups it works. Anyway I'm happy I made progress.
