A good test is to grab the bluesoleil dialer from their site and see what it will and wont do with your phone. That way you aren't testing weather you have the mobilephone plugin setup correctly or not.

I have (at least once) gotten this to work simultaneously with my earpiece (using my iPhone to connect to both the earpiece and the bluesoleil on the PC). I had the earpiece on before I got into the car and my system did pause playback on the carcomputer and allow me to talk and listen through my earpiece. I haven't played with it enough to know if it only works if I have the earpiece connected first though. I know I have tried connecting the earpiece after my system has paused due to an incoming call and I was not able to make it connect to the earpiece but perhaps I just needed to select a different source on my iPhone. I need to play with that more.

if you set this to off it stops the mobilecall.skin popup. You then have to deal with showing an incomming phonecall etc on your own in the skin. This is for experienced skinners only.

I wouldn't give up just yet. Try it anyway. Others have found unsupported phones work!

my phone is unsupported according to the list..(it is symbian nokia 5800) but it is working ok.. you will find most phones are supported for standard BT connectivity in bluesoleil.. it is the rest (messeges, phonebook etc.) that require extra support

lambo, do you know is in BlueSoleil some kind volume adjustment or is't just wave? In my mind volume is little low and I have to turn up volume from car stereo quite a lot to hear my friend when driving. Master and wave is already 100.

there is an ability to change volume but I didn't implement it. Could add it to the list.

While I'm at it is any one interested in holding calls and conferance calls?
Or is a DUN connection more important? (this provides internet access through your phone) Votes please!

i'm honestly just happy a single call works. i have no need for conference calls or placing a call on hold.

I think a Mute Call button would be a nice feature to have.

For me i don't need holding calls or conference calls or DUN. I'm with Sonic, just happy i can have a reliable phone control in RR that can make and receive calls.
