The problem could be on my end but perhaps you could test this to find out if it is a bug or not.
I am using this plugin with the setting that makes it pop up mobilecall.skin off (I don't remember the exact setting). All is working well but when an incomming call is hung up the music will resume (via your code). With that setting off your code should not be doing anything. Please test to verify.
All the mobilecall off means is it doesn't load the mobilecall.skin.
The pause and resume of winamp or video is not affected by this setting.
First of all thanks for all the hard work on this plug in, I have it working pretty well.
The only thing it doesnt do is read my phone book.
So what , that's ok.
Is there a way to disable to the spoken button commands from this plugin. I like RR to speak but not the number buttons when dialing a phone number.
"Mobile Phone" spoken before every number dialed is kind of annoying.
possibly a feature request?
has any one got the custom list code worked out
for the add and edit buttons i and haveing a hell of a time getting my head
Speaking the numbers isn't something I know about because I dont have it switched on. Not sure if you can force RR not to speak something but I can look into it.
the add and edit buttons should be simple. Select a phonebook from the 4 available. Type a number into the dial box. Clicking add issues a CLADD command followed by an ONCLICK followed by a CLSAVE which saves it to your previously selected phonebook.
edit just gets the current description of the selected list item using CLDESC and then updates that entry with the number in the dialbox and the description found previously
does that help?
Not too sure what's going on over as BlueSoleil. I emailed them and asked when they would be supporting the iPhone. I received this response:
Actually your iphone is supported by the latest BlueSoleil version and it is in the list,
Please search again in the drop down list and retry it.
Any other questions please feedback with details.
Of which I replied about a week ago, with a screen capture of the list showing it was not there.
I then got this email just today:
Thank you for your time and effort on us.
There is a system mistake and we are sorry for the inconvenience we brought to you.
Apple Iphone is not supported yet, we are trying best to solve this problem.
BlueSoleil Mobile Inquiry Support
It seems even they are not sure which phones they support :D
New release available.
Fixed the pausing issue when making outgoing call
added new button commands to mute/unmute the phones mic and speaker.
mobile_disconnect now disables autoconnect. mobile_connect re-enables autoconnect if it was set to true in ini file. This allows you to disconnect the phone to uses a headset and reconnect when finished talking.
BSWrapper now allows debug to be switched off via its new ini file.
Changed plugin so the onclselclick and onclclick and custom list commands only work if the skin file name starts with mobilephone. This is to stop interaction problems with other plugins.
****Warning***** this new installer has been tested by me but I recommend backing up any settings you have just in case. I have also added some validity checks so you may get message boxs appearing on the screen. This only happens when something bad has been done and needs to be fixed. This, I think, is better than hiding it away in a debug file thats rarely looked at.
@JohnWPB. There have been other people with iphones who have this working so its worth a try.
first of all thanks a lot for the new version. While browsing the phonebook cl with mobilephone_pb_next_entry command, mobilephone_dialbox does not update, it's empty. If I select a record in list and click mobilephone_dial button I'm getting an error message. Could you please help me? Thanks again
What skin are you using? Can you send me a copy of the skin file if its not one of mine. I've double checked here and it all works for me. Have you checked the debug log for any info?
my screenshot after i click on the mobilephone button, when i click on sms read, the whole program close
