    It's funny cuz I'm trying to get this to work on my desktop before I send it out to the car and I'm having the exact same problem, cept I'm using xp. I change the com port to com8 in the mobilephone.ini but the skin still shows 3 red lights.

    I check the debug log and It always says "Com port set to COM7" the baud rate (whatever that is) also differs from the .ini.

    BTW, what com port should it be set to anyway? My Bluesoleil device properties shows my phone using these com ports as serial ports:

    Com3 incoming
    com4 incoming
    com8 outgoing LGshine

    FINALE AFTER ABOUT 8 HOURS OF HARD WORK I FIND THE PROBLEM!! and solution! (for bluetooth telephones)

    look when you install program you only need select BLUETOOTH and SKINS, not ATSM.
    Thats all, fix it. now its working THANKS!

    i think installer is very very bad, it put files in other places not in where you say, example when i install i say that install in c:\riderunner but it install skin files in program files\riderunner.

    I think actual install program very bad, and i think is better only put .rar and instruction.txt

    Yeah, I've tried that before too. All that seems to do is edit the first line of the .ini, which you can do without checking those boxes on the install.

    Anyway I uninstalled and did it fresh, now I'm getting popups.......

    system.indexoutofrangeexception: Index was outside the bounds of the array
    at Mobilephone.BsSDK.SelectRemoteDevice(UInt64 device_class)
    at Mobilephone.Mobilephone.Internal_connectBlue()
    at Mobilephone.Mobilephone.connectProcess()

    still won't connect, but the com7 thing is gone from the log.

    BTW, I setup DFX4 with mobilephone and I still get the same issue. My computer is an amd64 but the carputer is x86. Maybe it'll work in the car the way it is, but I don't even wanna bother with the hassle unless I know it's a x64 issue.

    I'm very sorry it took you all of 8 hours to find the problem. Try to remember I've put 100's of hours into this. Your correct in that you need to choose EITHER atsm or Bluetooth and not both.

    As far as the installer goes I'll look into the fact it doesn't install the skin in the correct place. The installer gets rid of lots of other problems so I'm going to stick with it.

    I have only tested it on an x86 so I can't say if its 64 compatible. However it looks like your macaddress hasn't been defined correctly.

    Make sure you only install Bluetooth if your using bluetooth. ATSM is completely diferent and is only there because Lucifers code worked for it (I may have broken it in my messing though). Then make sure you find the correct macaddress and pair your phone correcty.

    You were right it was set wrong, I set it up about 3 times trying to get it working and missed 2 digits the last time. The address is correct now in the MobilePhone INI but it's back to doing what it was doing before. Now the popups I get are:

    System.dllnotfoundexception: Unable to Load "BSWrapper.dll": This application has failed to start because the application is configured incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem (exception from HRESULT 0x800736B1)
    at Mobilephone.APIs.Initialize(IntPtr bd_addr)
    at Mobilephone.BsSDK.SelectRemoteDevice(UInt64 device_class)
    at Mobilephone.Mobilephone.Internal_connectBlue()
    at Mobilephone.Mobilephone.connectProcess()

    The only thing I noticed was in the log file it isn't showing a pair code. Where is the pair code taken from?
