The BSWrapper.dll needs to be in the same location as the mobilephone.dll.It doesn't need to be registered but I have to know where it is and this is the only way.

Pair code is not used by my plugin (altough it used to be in the ini file). I tried for a while to get that part working but gave up and thought it was ok to just pair the phone in Bluesoliel instead. Have you done this?

It may also be worth setting your debug level to 5 in the ini file and rerun. It gives more info and may give you some better ideas.

edit: Looking more closely at the error its still something to do with your address. I think its a pairing problem rather than a code problem. Have a look in the bswrapper.log as well. That may help. There is a debug level setting for that too so set it to 5 and rerun (it in the bswrapper.ini file)

At the moment there is no phonebook synching for any phone.

What there is is the ability to type your own phonebook manually.

There are 4 phone books but the correct one to use at the moment would be MOBILEPHONE_PC.txt. This is supposed to be for numbers stored on your pc.

Now the format is important.

there MUST be a blank line at the beginning. I have no idea why but it must.

then it must look like

LSTphonenumber||displayname

I think you need a blank line betwen each number as well.

Now if you get a phone call and the caller id matches a number in this file (but only this file) then the caller id is changed from the number to the Name given.

Also you can display the photo for the person by adding a picture file (type can be defined in the ini along with location) with the name of the file being the phonenumber.

the blank line at the beginning is for RR compatibility. Its supposed to have a number representing the number of items in the custom list.

Bluesoleil connects, I've tested file transfer, serial port, and the dialer works. I'm using the latest version on the site but it's the trial for now.

I set the debug levels in both ini's to 5 and this is what I came up with:

I'm curious what that first debug line is doing, why is it listing those different filenames? It's like something is set wrong and it's checking different folders till it finds the right one or something.

I really don't know what any of this means. Thank you for taking the time to help. This is the closest I've gotten to getting bluetooth working in the 3 years I've had the PC in the car, so I'd really like to get this going.

The first line of debug is the path. You'll see your riderunner path at the end. This is how I find the BSWrapper.dll
The second line of debug is saying that the dll failed to get the network provider.

Now can you post the bswrapper.log please
