There are 4 phone books but the correct one to use at the moment would be MOBILEPHONE_PC.txt. This is supposed to be for numbers stored on your pc.

Now the format is important.

there MUST be a blank line at the beginning. I have no idea why but it must.

then it must look like

LSTphonenumber||displayname

I think you need a blank line betwen each number as well.

Now if you get a phone call and the caller id matches a number in this file (but only this file) then the caller id is changed from the number to the Name given.

Also you can display the photo for the person by adding a picture file (type can be defined in the ini along with location) with the name of the file being the phonenumber.

I start my MOBILPHONE_PC.TXT and add many address like:

LST5511111||Luis Sanjuan Nextel

LST55777777||xpluis phone

LST55888888||Lambo Tell

But its don't display in the skin, what's wrong?

You'll need to do a search on your harddrive I'm afraid. For some reason it sometimes get put elsewhere. I keep meaning to fix that but forget. Its coded in C++ which is not my favorite language to say the least.

ok. couple of questions.
Which skin? One of mine or your own. If your's can you post the .skin file.
When you say it doesn't display is that anything at all, or is it displaying just the number?

In both skins i have the same fail, in my skin and also in your original skin i have the same problem.

This is location: C:\Program Files\Road Runner\Plugins\Mobilephone.NET\MOBILEPHONE_PC.txt

if you see nothing its either because your file definition is wrong (but it looks ok from what you've posted) or its not finding the file. So have you set the correct location for the phonebook in your ini file?

Last thing would be to check the debug of RR. This is just basic ride runner custom list stuff so nothing to do with Bluesoliel.

If you used the installer then nothing. It installs it as a global plugin. As far as I know global plugins only work for RideRunner so if your using the old code of RoadRunner you may need to add the x,mobilephone to the menu.skin.

And my address book is called MOBILEPHONE_PC.txt and is in these directory but not show nothing in mobilphone skin.

I have 1 windows vista and nothing, in my office computer that have windows xp nothing, and nothing in my car. what could be the problem?

I did hd searches up and down, bswrapper.log just doesn't exist. I do have the debug level in bswrapper.ini set to 5.

Great plugin! I've tested it on my desktop PC and it works with my iPhone. Now to install it on my carPC and wire up a mic. Thank you so much for this hard work.
