All right, I got my car back early. I installed the Visual Basic C++ like you said I should, and now things are worse off then they were before.

Now, the comp doesn't even recognize when a call is incoming or outgoing and it doesn't call for mobilecall.skin or pause the music that is playing. And the buttons that were giving errors, still do. At least before it would pause the music when I made or got a call.

I have included the latest log files.

    Please help me fix this!

    Thanks.

Edit with new info: I found out that it doesn't call mobilecall.skin and pause the music if I bring up the mobilephone.net skin at all. If I do, it will not do anything on an incoming or outgoing call until I restart RR. Other than that it works exactly the same.

Is that intended? I'd rather it not do anything in that scenario, and only have the mobilecall.skn load if there is an actual incoming call.
I think this is a problem in the plugin. It opens the mobilecall skin if your making an outgoing call or recieving one. I will try to fix. However I can't promise that the audio will be through the phone and not through RR. To do that you currently have to disconnect the phone using mobilephone_disconnect and then reconnect when you've finished your call.

    I'll have a look.
Did you try reinstalling mobilephone after vc++?

Also you are getting the dreaded invalidcommand. Have you tried making the skin commands all lowercase?

No, I have not reinstalled mobilephone after. I will try that and let you know.

And, I have not tried that either, I knew there was something else I was supposed to try that you had mentioned earlier. Where do I make the commands lowercase? In the skin itself or in one of the .ini files? Or both? I will do that, also, and let you know.

    Thanks again.

If that's the case, then maybe it would be fine to just call the mobilephone skin rather than the mobilecall skin, so that you have an easy way to disconnect.

Well, I've tried everything. No go on changing everything to lowercase and reinstalling.

Everything is still functioning/not functioning exactly the same. Although I did notice that the "pickup" command is pausing winamp properly, but only after I "OK" the error message.

My only thought is to send you a copy of my entire RR directory to try and help you find anything. If you want to try that, let me know.

Nothing works - are the comments and guides right?

    [COMMENT]Trial skin
    ************************************************** ********************************************
There is a trial skin also for BMV courtesy of Lucifer. To install this:
add skin folder from the attached zip to your skin directory
    add x,mobilephone to your menu.skin
change the button 09 in the menu.skin to B09,10,416,150,110,"LOAD;MOBILEPHONE.SKIN;","" *** this only applies to the BMV2 skin
    [/COMMENT]

I dont know, how to get the zip, because as the main download file was the "Mobilephone.Net_setup1.12" and this had only the install exe.

Is not good, that the installs and other files are not concentraded under the nice little button above, that has name "downloads"!
Under this downloads the plugin section is not present. Skins and other instalable thing are missing here too! How to find the right files together?

How to make working this plugin with the standard instalation of RideRunner? This have the skin named "Carwings_Dynamic_Lite". Can i made the settings to this standard screen?

    Thank you,
    Feri

Do you have the right version of bluesoliel installed. Your bluesoliel software should have come with the bssdk.dll and installed it. You need to be on at least 6.4.x. Most dongles come with a lower version of bluesoliel.
