i'm working for add into the rr code all features of my plugin
after monday i start to develope it,
I am working with mitchjs for silabs Development inside the rr code
regard to controls, mute function will be compatible with the mute of RR
for the "softmute" (ATT) I asked Guino if it was possible to insert this new command, for now I'm waiting for your reply
that function should be able to store the state of the volume of rr and then restore to the same value once you invoke "att"
in this case it possible to call mute between the two call of "att",
in this way there isn't change by comparing the initial and final volume

Well whatever way it works out I'm happy to implement but for now I'll wait to see what response you get from Guino as a one for all approach would be best.

i'm trying to add this app to my skin , i noticed in the skin cmds.txt you mention that some features with a * will only work if the skin is named mobilephone, dose this mean i
can rmove the keypad functions to a popup named mobilephone_keypad.skin, also thinking of doing the same for the phone book edit functions to , ie mobilephone_PB_edit.skin.

    will this work

    thank you

PBAP (Phone Book Access) is the only major thing left that the SDK can't do.
I don't understand what you mean by they "can't do everything for free." I've never heard of a company charging to implement new features. New features sell more product. So if they implement PBAP, they make a better product and more people buy it. Otherwise, you pay for the development and they make the profit on the sales? No, I would not be willing to pay for them to develop it.

Any chance you would be willing to upload those skins and the settings that make them work? I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

They already offer the SDK for free. They would be adding a new feature to a SDK, which requires manpower etc and they arent selling the SDK so they would need to cover costs etc.
They already have this feature in one of their products, which they sell... but this is the SDK and its free so why add more stuff for free?

Not saying I wouldn't prefer to have it added for free though... free is always beter than paying for things

    @spikemonkey

Thanks! Complete solution to test it. Nice, have overwritten my RR instalation .. seams to be work. Must be Bluesoleil installed on the machine, or standard BT drivers from the dongle?
Will be nice, if the phonebook and other features are working thru BT too. Have new type of Samsung dualsim phone, so do note hope, that it will be a quick story .

    Thanks,
    Feri
