Thread: Foobar2000 Player Plugin

I have just tried this on a Vista machine and on another XP Pro machine. I installed everything with all the defaults (foobar2000+com server and RR) it worked fine just requiring me to register FoobarRR.DLL and set the path and player name in RR.INI.

Did anybody who downloaded this get it to work ?

I'll be making a test application so you guys can try it and see what could be wrong.

Larry, your playerpath= and path for the plugin don't match up -- you probably have another playerpath= line in RR.INI (or a winamppath= line) that's overriding the path to c:\program files\foobar\ (instead of c:\program files\foobar2000\) or your rr.ini is just NOT what you posted.

Guino what RR are you using???? I'm using the last relase...

That is incorrect, but non the less will still work...looks like I'll have to do some fixes to the config yet.. The reason that they are down there is because the config doesn't understand them and moves anything thats in the rr.ini file when you open it that doesn't match any known setting is placed at the bottom upon saving the settings, hence the "Extra's"

Now that has to be funniest thing I have read yet today! 99.9..% chance is the latest one. Will do some debugging as well and see what I find out...
