Isnt it obvious noone else has reported the problem? Close... no one has reported it, not the same as if there are other that had/has the problem but did not report it

Care to provide a debug.txt of it happening? the problem is that nothing happens, if ie i enter time belt change as maintence and it ask me when it was last done and i enter anything than todays date it does not save the item... but if i enter todays date it does save the item.. i then by hand correct the date via notepad.. i would provide debug if i did know how to do it

What skin and RR version? Ranger - Newest RR
What method do you use to enter your date data? i edit the ini's and csv by hand (if i enter via the plugin i can only enter maintence stuff via todays date)

What language settings do you use. - Settings.. i hope you mean RR in general... but english

You havent given a real great description of whats happening and what you're doing when it happens - i hope i have now

"Newest RR" Is really not a great answer, there have been some that think that they up'd to the latest only to find out after starting to debug that infact they had a previous release installed. Always best to give exactly which release one is running.

when you start rr up look at the splash screen , bottom left , you will see a date thats your rr version, if its 22/09/09 then you have the latest RR,

I know your useing Ranger skin lol....

Version check of RR also can be found in your RR debug.txt at the top. "Start -- Version:"
debug txt is found in your RR root., best idea is to delete your current debug txt (make sure you have debug refresh checked in your rr.ini) start RR up and go straight to RRVM and attempt to make the problem happen again , once you got the problem , close rr and post the debug file here.

not much debug... i just tried to enter fuel and a few fake maintence items to test... and guess what.. everything works

only thing i could whish for was that some dollar signs are changed to DKK or better a string in a ini.. also some volume labels are listed as gallons.. can the be changed to liters too?

also some of the labels are a bit to small...

The currency format is something that the plugin should handle and pull the system currency format to correctly format it for you. The gallons/liters might be a diff story though...

Remember the last time i showed you how to change those labels, also remember that you have the latest test version of Ranger , with Transparent theme, so the labels are now back to how i release them, open the RRVM_Maintence.skin and RRVM_feul.skin in notepad look at the lines starting with L ,these are the label lines you will see at the end the words you want to change ie =Gallons.

as for the small label area this is also a skin problem not the plugin, i will also look into that , at the moment i can't see how i can make those labels you wish to be changed user selectable, without alot of codeing just for this, i may do a another skin file that the user just drops into the skin folder with changes already in place.

at the moment RRVM dose not work for me , but my RR system is well over due a reload.

Newbie users will find it hard to work out whats a plugin issue or a skin issue, this is where you need to step up your learning or RR , to how skins are coded, its a kearning curve, and no mean feet by any standards, things like this "labels" should be posted in the skin thread not plugin,

Sonic, can you add an indicator to your plugin to know when it is loaded and active? I thought you had done so, but I do not see the indicator code in the skincommands.txt with the plugin.

I have been adding indicators for all plugin screens to be able to easily tell if a plugin is loaded.
