The first problem must be a setting you have wrong. Check the config file and make sure it days English and not English.ini

the fuel log problems I'll have to fix when I get the time. I'm going to convert the fuel log to XML so that it's easier for me to work with. It wil also help compile the vehicle report. At the time of me making this plugin I was great will text I/O but I'm pretty versed in it now.

First, upon RR startup, I get this error msg. I have unreg/re-reg the plugin and still ocurrs. Notice the path: "..\Lang..\English.ini\..." Partically the bold part.

Next, I know that the fuel screen is only supposed to list the last 20 entries, which it actually lists the last 21 entries. But, upon entering the next fill up, when you get to the last entery point ( # of Gal ), it will not continue no matter how many times you rap on the 'Enter' button, the only way out it to cancel it.

Along with this, I have noticed that as soon as you have more than 22 lines in the fuel log.ini file, that the fuel log list never get the entries added. It stays empty.

Also, after you first go into the fuel screen, you must load the file, but never release it and changes can be made until user closes RR. Minor, but really should only have the file open for the reading only.

Yep, that did fix my fist issue!

I know that this is going to be the wrong question to ask, but an ETA on a fixed/updated PI?? I only ask, because of the pending DFX release.

    Thanks.

I will see if i can get it out in the next day or two, depends on the post-holiday workload and how deep into the code i have to roam.

Ok Blue i sent you and John an invite to the latest beta completed today. The invite email (from sonicxtacy02 at hotmail) will contain instructions, but basically you only need copy RRVehicleMaintenance.dll and fuel_log.xml to the RRVM plugin folder. What would be neat is if someone could create an autoit script to convert the old .ini based fuel log to the new format.

I've also updated the "date" code so that people with non-USA date formats should be able to better use RRVM.

This change should help not only make the fuel log more reliable but also fix the missing data from the email report. Eventually i'd like to convert the scheduled maintenance and history to .xml too.

    Lemme know how it goes

Anyone else getting a "No Language File Present" (or something like that) error on all the RRVM labels when resuming from hibernation?

I know that the file is there because closing RR and restarting, everything with RRVM works fine.

Resume then hibernate, and all the labels are out to lunch.

The skin files are not preloaded or cached on resume.

    Maybe?

I also wondered if it's related to the fact that I have the max 10 screens loaded in rr.ini and I have 6 of them listed to keep loaded?

I can't quite remember when this started. Just started to notice it in the last few weeks b/w fill ups and I've been on the same hib image since March.

Is there a way to expand the SC for the Fuel Log?

For my skin, I'm liking the idea of having the list spread more across the screen, as I'll be putting buttons and such below (being a vert screen I've got a bit more realestate)
It seems as though the information is being formatted at set spacing, is there a way to 'easily' modify the spacing?
In the fuel log.ini it's the @ symbol that's acting as the space.

    Any update on an update?
