Yes, you can voice commands to increase or decrease volume and to set volume to predetermined levels. Check your rrvoice.ini file and look for the volume commands.

I most be doing something wrong. I've followed the directions for installing RRVoice as listed in the OP. RR doesn't see it in the plug in manager or in the RR config. I was using the June 2011 and the January 2012 releases. Everything seems to work until starting RR. RRVoice doesn't start nor does it show up in the systray like the OP says. I'm not a programmer so help would be nice.

Sorry, I forgot. I'm running it currently on a WinXP laptop until my CarPC is built.

Even though rrvoice does work perfectly fine on xp, it's now considered abandoned, see the above post to use a plugin that is much more current and being worked on.
