In the IbusCommunicatoRR.ini I have set the Comport to 4. Thanks for your help so far.

    Hi Nick,
Moving forward. I can see that RR finds the plugin and the plugin finds the .ini file

The error message tells you have a conflict on your comport.
    Pls do this:
    1) make sure it look like this in the IbusCommunicatoRR ini file
[SPECIAL]; COM port number, Valid range 1 to 16 (Required)
    ComPort=4[/SPECIAL]
    2) check in RRConfig go to GPS-> GPS Port, what number do you have?
    3) You talk about IbusRR earlier, guess you don't use it any longer?
    4) Can you check ibusRR ini file what comport number you used there?
    5) Do you use any other program that using comport?

I'm referring to the GPS com port in RRConfig. This should NOT be set to 4 if your iBus is on 4.

Hi Janne, I have the plugin running a program in RRConfig was running under the same comport:s stupid mistake!!
But now I am experiencing some problem with info I'm getting from the Ibus. When the PDC is engaged the skin won't display info recievd from the ibus
And i think the plugin starts to interfer with the oem PDC itself because the signal is acting strange....
Also when I use the steeringwheel buttons forward an previous don't work only volume up and down...

Thanks for al the help I really apreciate it
    Nick

    hi Janne,

Thanks for al the help so far I really apreciate it !! I found the problem it was in one of the sensors in RRConfig. But now there is another problem, I am experiencing some interference with my OEM PDC. i think the IbusCommunicatoRR is interfering with the OEM PDC, because when I engage the PDC the PDC.skin comes up but doesn't give me the Ibus distance information..... and the OEM PDC signal is acting strange...
Another problem is that when I press forward or previous nothing happens but when I press volume up or volume down the IbuscommunicatoRR works.

    Hope you can help me
    My because regards
    Nick

What skin do you use? Is it the RRPDC you posted earlier?
If so then pls read skin command documentation and double check your skin file as most likely where the problem are. I can see you missing several " in the slider style definitions.

and the OEM PDC signal is acting strange...
In what way? Can you tell what is strange and what car/model/year you have?

Another problem is that when I press forward or previous nothing happens but when I press volume up or volume down the IbuscommunicatoRR works.
Have you edited the .ini file to your need?
I'm not using the steering wheel controls so these are comment out in my .ini (that's the one included in the zip).

Because I also had seen the errors in the .ini file

I am riding a BMW E46 325Ci with the year 2001/02 it is the model before the facelift. The PDC system is a OEM PDC system. The sound signal is acting strange in a way that is going faster slower and than faster slower even when there is nothing behind the car.....

Thanks for the steering wheel advice I am going to have a look.

Hope you understand now what I mean

    Best regards

Strange, you do mean the "gong" sounds even there is no obstacale?

Do you have sensors both front and back or back only?

Sorry, have no clue of what could be wrong. Maybe it's just not compatible with your model/year.
