Glad you got it working.
Profile mode is probably better, especially when using Win7.
However you should still be able to get the plugins running in non-profile mode it would just mean you having full admin rights to the Program Files folder and subfolders.

Don't know what the deal was there. I do have full admin rights to all of my folders and Win 7 gave no indication otherwise. All I know is that since I used the RR Profile Mode install, all is well. Well, almost. Now Mobilephone.net is giving me fits! Not your issue though, so moving on. Thanks again!
Update: Well, that was relatively painless. Got Mobilephone.net working. Had to copy the .ini to it's profile folder.

First off thank you for RRTC and RRFP!
I'm having a issue with GPS in both programs. When I hit GPS in RRTC it takes me to Hartford, CT (I'm in Vegas). When I hit GPS in RRFP it loads the nearest locations but says I'm 7601.8 miles away from all of them. It gives me the same distance when I input mine or ANY zip code. It does have the correct GPS info listed in the .ini files. Any idea why this is happening or can you gimme a place to starting looking?
Thanks!

RRTC - Not all the cameras in the US have GPS coords, therefore it is possible that the nearest cameras to you that do are in Hartford CT.
However I think the Hartford ones come up if I have the US DB loaded, which means they are the ones nearest to the 2012 Olympic Stadium. (the default GPS coords in the ini file)
Now that would indicate that the GPS coords are not getting updated, make sure you have set the COM port for GPS in RRConfig, bear in mind if you have a navigation program running you will need to to a comsplitter running to split the comports so bot RideRunner and your navigation program can have access to the feed.
RRFP - 7601miles sounds like has calculated the distance between Las Vegas and lat 0, lon 0 in Kilometers. So again either it has not got a GPS coord properly or possibly a conversion of GPS to zipcode or vice versa has not worked.
Anyway both with or both, set Debug=true in the settings, run RRTC and RRFP and then exit RR. Go to each plugins folder on run their specifi 11adebugcollectors, they should create debug folders, zip these up individually and email to the email address in the PDF manual.

Well RRTC started pulling the correct GPS info. RRFP was still not working. When I booted up yesterday to debug the hard drive failed. So, I'm doing a fresh install now. I'll let you know how it goes.
Thanks again.

There was an issue with RRFP, if you read the RRFP thread you'll see what it was.
