    Enforcer,

I'm still getting that error popup for fuel and traffic.
I should of said that I was using Windows 8.1,....sorry about that.

Then I go back into fuel screen and everything is empty now?
Also when I go back into traffic, all info is empty too.

I also tested this in Windows 7 with no errors what so ever, so I'm OK on that machine.

I'm going to post my log/error files for both traffic and fuel, if this helps.

I wonder if this is a W8.1 problem.

    This is just weird.

    Thanks.

Those are only partial debug files.

run the 11adebugcollector.exe in each of the plugins folder.

and email to the address in the manual

    Hi Enforcer

You have done a great job with both the Traffic Cams and the Fuel Prices plugins. I have just some small problem with the Fuel Prices plugin now. When I run the "Refresh", it takes just over 3mins

Finding stations in range - about 10s
    Getting Prices - about 2m30s, and that's on a 100mb Internet link !!
Transferring qualifying stations data - about 20s

The plugin is set to retrieve the prices for stations within 5 miles of my location. The problem appears to be that it gets the details for EVERY Petrol Station in the WHOLE of Ireland rather than just the area I want. See the debug below where it got details of 1966 stations. The very first ones retrieved are indeed my local stations whereas the last ones in Limerick are over 100 Miles away. The onscreen resulting list does indeed display the correct stations for my local position.

    Code:
18/03/2014|08:58:21|FuelPrices 1.0.512|setting update finished to False

Also, it is annoying that once the "Transferring qualifying stations data" part has completed, it stays on this display requiring you to press Exit rather than this screen disappearing automatically, to show the list of stations.

Looking at the code, it should not do all the stations unless they are less than the range specified.
So no idea why it is doing all of them.

I have added a bit of extra debugging code and a new dll is available. Use the DLL Update command in the plugin settings screen to force an update.

It shouldn't stay on that screen, it should close it when done.

Are you using carwings or another skin?

The command RRFUELPRICESDONE should be sent when the prices have been collected and in the exectbl.ini there should be the following

    Code:
    /****************RRFuelPrices**********************************

    "RRFUELPRICESSEARCHING","menu;fuelprices_loading.skin",fuelprices.skin
    "RRFUELPRICESDONE","ESC",fuelprices_loading.skin
    "RRFPDEBUGCOLLECTING","menu;fuelprices_debugcollect.skin",rrfuelprices_settings.skin
    "RRFPCOLLECTINGDONE","ESC",fuelprices_debugcollect.skin

    /****************RRFuelPrices**********************************

The bold one is the important one in this case.

    That's strange, I didn't change anything.

Maybe I had made some changes as I was going along and didn't release..

Oh well. glad it's now working

Would it be easier if I sent the commands to your plugin and then you send them onto Navigator, that way only one TCP connection to it is needed.

or shall I send commands directly to it?

In fact , with my plugin , you must to use the command:
    PCNAVI_GPSTONAVIGATOR;YOURLAT;YOURLON

    PS:
If RR GPS use PcNavigator in rr.ini, GPS or PCNAVI, commands load the Pc_Navigator !

    Unhappy

    Enforcer,

Just wondering if you had the time to take a look at my debug/error files that I sent through your debug email address.

I think this might have to do with the update DLL file?

I tried to update RRFP (DLL) through the plugins settings screen running RR with Carwings of course.

    Same error popup.

    I have no problems with W7 32bit, it's just W8.1 64bit for some reason.

    Thanks..........
