I found issue of old settings xml

now I create voice command all new on v0.5.3..all my issue was clean.

i understand the use of expire dates on beta releases, but can you extend them to, let's say 2 weeks? my personal reason for that is, that i don't have time to install things in car that often, but don't want to miss this feature. and you don't have to hurry that fast with releases

Small update...

Both mine & Johns music tag scanning testing has gone very good. I scanned about 40k on my scans and his was just 49K (both of which 99.9% are mp3's). Need to now work on the music cmd tab in the xml editor. In its current state, the scanner is only from scratch type of scan. In other words, each addition/change of music will req another full scan, this will be remedied, just need to ponder best way to get the job done. The additonal scans when done will only look for new folders as when most add new music its new folders, not just a few random files here/there... Depending on how the coding come along, this weeks release may include access to the music cmds feature of the plugin.
