First Thanks Blue for all your hard work - is very much appreciated.

With last version of your plugin [Beta v0.5.3 Released 11/26/2011] there is still "RR hang issue" whith RR Plugin Web Radio V1.0.0.0 on webradio.skin.

Looking forward for fix soon

Here is my debugs when RR hang in WebRadio.skin...

I belive same bug cause both WebRadio and Audio_Player.skin issue, feels like RR is doing something in those screens and DFXVoice prevent or interference it and RR hangs.

Here is my debug of RR and DFXVoice.

I just noticed that DFXVoice only hang RR up when it is set to DFXVoice;Setting;usewakesleepcmds;True or when is DFXVOICE_ON.

i experienced the same error with webradio plugin and actual dfxvoice release. it hangs up very often while using dfxvoice feature in webradio skin.
hopefully there will be a solution soon! i would upload a debug log, but i have to update RR, too. I get the expire window at start...

Can I install new release of RR over the old one while leaving config files untouched?

Yes, though it's a good practice to back up your rr.ini anyway.

I would like to replicate here..but...as mentioned above, I don't have any BT dongles, and with out having the HW in place, I cant really test that here

I have been working a lot on the next release, fixes & additions... hopefully in the next day or so I can get it out.
