OS doesn't change any of the plugins features, but some have reported it to be more stable on XP. On w7 you can not run the mobilephone .net plugin with it as the Bluesoil causes rr to crash.

I have not forgotten about that fix! In the process of finally moving my desktop to W7 32 (Yeah!, I think?) I did something stupid and almost lost the sources to the plugin.. Luckily, I had backed it up in another location and I believe that it was after I did the last big changes besides the beta timeout fixes. I'll fix the 64bit issue and we'll move forward from there.
While this thread is still getting a little action I thought I would bring up when you get a chance if you could continue working on the RRMedia part of it too. It would be great to sort by Genre.
How much does motivation cost something reasonable? :)
Thanks for a great plugin and hard work.
Lots of smoke and mirrors...Hahahah ;)Quote:
I have NEVER had RR/DFX run at 1% utilization and responding the way it does in that video, even when not using voice commands.
Well.....Now that I'm on W7, I AM running into nothing but freezes when using or trying to use DFXVoice, and that was both with and without the animated overlay on... So, it looks like that will be the very second thing that I revisit after fixing that 64bit thingy.
Small update...
After decieding that the freezing issue was WAY more important than than the 64bit issue, I have begun working on it to fix it once and for all. During this beginning stage of re-work, I found a huge memory leak and fixed it. I will keep you informed of the progress that is made...
As usual, this is entirely up to you....Quote:

After doing some more testing, I think that I'm pretty much left with one option to fix this and it's not an option that I really wanted to do but... I'll post when I have it updated, hopefully should be just a few days...
Great news!!!!
Freezing issue was fixed for good and didn't require any changes on my part. Me and Mitch did some debugging and found the single thing that was causing it. PM me if you are using W7 or can test on a W7 box.
do i SENSE renewed enthusiasm?
