Funny you ask...

Current status:

I have found a work-a-round for the lock ups, though I'm not truly happy with it, it does work and no longer locks up (that I have found). So, for now I'll just leave it so that I can continue working on the other parts that need to be worked on. This is what I am currently doing and depending on if I can finish up the basic stuff that I want done before its release, then there's a good chance that a release could be sometime this weekend.

Speech profile listing and switching added...

i'm just interested: are there disadvantages with yozr work-around? i mean, why are you not truly happy with it? thx

Yes, there are disadvantages, its not done cleanly(coding wise) and slows it down just a small bit, not as fast as before the work a round but, it does work. I have spent at least the last 3+ weeks trying to just fix this one little issue and have about had enough of it, so its working now, and that is good enough for me for the moment. I more then likely will re-look into it in the future, and make it better, but till then I can now continue to work more on its features and get a version out for release.
