1-No trial version exist for Sygic Drive .

1 - The default skin for testing purposes, like this case..
2 - installed in not profile mode and it's located in C:\Program Files\RideRunner\Plugins\RRSygicDrive\
3 - only path was changed in plugin ini

I have just tested on xp sp3 and vista x86.
I don't understand.
1-What Sygic version do you have !
2-Do you have followed my instruction ? (2 dll into the windows folder and 1 into you plugin folder:

Installation:
1-Copy the ApplicationAPI.dll and sdkdriver.dll files into your C:\WINDOWS folder
2-Copy the ApplicationAPI.NET.dll into your plugin folder.
3-Copy the skins files into your skin folder.
4-register the plugin with the batch file 'RunMe1st.cmd'.
5-Add this line into your ExecTbl.ini file:
"RUNSYGIC","Load;RRSygicDrive.skin;Sygic Drive;C:\Program Files\Sygic FLEET Truck\Drive\WindowsXP\drive.exe|-no-safety -r546x415 -p1x76;Sygic FLEET"
6-Create a command like:
"MyApp23","BYVAR;RRSYGIC;RUNSYGIC<<RRSYGICDRIVE_RU NSYGIC"


The SDK files aren't given with this plugin !!!
This plugin use the 14s API version !!!

hmm..

i have done it the way your tutorial says.
sygic version is 8.30.. latest with tts suport.

copied the sdk files in the two folders.
but now i see, that i've got the q version of sdk... is that the fault?
