Ok,
I have added four functions:
GMAPS_PANBYRIGHT move the map by 100 pixels on the right
GMAPS_PANBYLEFT move the map by 100 pixels on the left
GMAPS_PANBYTOP move the map by 100 pixels on the top
GMAPS_PANBYBOTTOM move the map by 100 pixels on the bottom

please try these new dlls (run only on the main map):

New V1.7.0 version: (First post is updated !!!)
