    RT does not work. you need to delete the ; before the ID. and set system=true
    the same with switchscreens.

    what command is that? can RideRunner handle that?: "!SWITCHSCREENS 0 2!

    [ID=138]
    IDName=STW_PHONE_PRES
    MsgTemplate="5004C83B8027"
    Label="S. Wheel Phone Press"
    Parse=True
    System=True
    RTSEnable=
    ReplyMsgID=
    ButtonState=False
    ReleaseID=
    PressOrHoldID=
    RRCommand=""!SWITCHSCREENS 0 2!"

    [ID=141]
    IDName=STW_RT_PRES
    MsgTemplate="5003C8019A"
    Label="S. Wheel RT Press"
    Parse=True
    System=True
    RTSEnable=
    ReplyMsgID=
    ButtonState=False
    ReleaseID=
    PressOrHoldID=
    RRCommand="MUTE"

    For Gamma, you must add new IDs with the Light IBusMsg

    Do you have these IDs in your INI File:
    Yes? Replace the RRComannd with gamma command
    No? Add them with gamma command
    And try it.

    [ID=211]
    IDName=LIGHTS_ON
    MsgTemplate="D008BF5B01000000003D"
    Label="Lights on"
    Parse=True
    System=True
    RTSEnable=
    ReplyMsgID=
    ButtonState=False
    ReleaseID=
    PressOrHoldID=
    RRCommand=LIGHTSON

    [ID=212]
    IDName=LIGHTS_OFF
    MsgTemplate="D008BF5B00000000003C"
    Label="Lights off"
    Parse=True
    System=True
    RTSEnable=
    ReplyMsgID=
    ButtonState=False
    ReleaseID=
    PressOrHoldID=
    RRCommand=LIGHTSOFF

    Ok, thanks. That was the way (I think) that I used to switch between the main menu (o) and navigation screen (2) with the other plugin using the phone button. How would I set this up now?

    Thanks again for all the hard work and help

    i would solve this so:

    edit in IBusCommunicatoRR.ini
    Code:
    [ID=138]
    IDName=STW_PHONE_PRES
    MsgTemplate="5004C83B8027"
    Label="S. Wheel Phone Press"
    Parse=True
    System=True
    RTSEnable=
    ReplyMsgID=
    ButtonState=False
    ReleaseID=
    PressOrHoldID=
    RRCommand=MFLSWITCHSCREENS
    add to Skin Skin.ini:
    Code:
    MFLSWITCHSCREENS=00
    add to Skin ExecTBL.ini:
    Code:
    "MFLSWITCHSCREENS","BYVARX;MFLSWITCHSCREENS;(SETVAR;MFLSWITCHSCREENS;01||GPS<<SETVAR;MFLSWITCHSCREENS;02||AUDIO<<SETVAR;MFLSWITCHSCREENS;00||MAIN)"
    you can replace the commands "GPS", "AUDIO", "MAIN" by whatever

    Hi Mark,
    Do as suggested by harryberlin or
    Code:
    [ID=138]
    IDName=STW_PHONE_PRES
    .
    .
    RRCommand=""!SWITCHSCREENS 0 2!"
    Change to RRCommand="MAIN"

    And add one line in execTBL.ini:
    Code:
    "MAIN","GPS",menu.skin
    If your navigation skin name is something else just change "GPS" to the name of your navigation skin.

    I'm trying to map a steering wheel button to where in the audio browser it will act essentially like a mouse double-click. I've yet to find one that gets the job done. What I want is to be able to browse through folders by scrolling up or down to the folder I want and then hitting this button to open it. Once I get to all the way down to individual song files, though, I want to be able to click this same button to select one for playing.

    "BROWSE" works great for moving through folders, but once I find the song I want, that command won't play it. "SELECT" is great for playing songs, but it also automatically loads folders into the playlist instead of opening them. I tried "ENTER", but that was definitely not what I was looking for.

    When I'm using the mouse in testing, double-clicking works just fine. Double-click a folder to open it, double-click a song to play it. So what's the double-click command?

    Thanks.
    Hi GeddyT
    Little late but you can try to change "PLAY" with "CTRLEXEC" on R/T button, that's how I used it.

    if you use CTRLEXEC on a FOLDER in either on the audio or video browser, it will first "BROWSE", then execute "SELECT" when used on a file.

    Downside is (if i remember correct) it add all files in the current folder, not just a single song.

    I really appreciate all the help guys.
    Now when I try to fast rewind or fast forward (< >) the previous (or next) song is loaded AND ffwd or frwd when holding button. How would I get it to only act on current song?

    If i understand correct.
    all is working fine, but you want fast << or >> on current song?
    that means for me, you seek the prev or next song? how can you listen on which position you are seeking the prev or next song?
    otherwise, write down in steps what you need.

    When playing mp3 files and I press AND HOLD > button, I want the current song to fast forward as long as I am HOLDING button. Same with < button for rewinding current song.

    That means, it's not working?

    Try to set System=True
