Try this one, I spent a fair bit of time testing it this morning. If you have a tripmeter.ini with commas in it, the first time you run this version you will need to reset the meters, after that it should be fine.
If your tripmeter.ini is blank/nonexistant/has periods in it, it will work straight away. You're probably best off just deleting your tripmeter.ini to make sure it starts properly the first time.
This one also makes a backup of your tripmeter.ini on each start, in case you accidentally zero your work meter or something.

ok, I waited all day to try this one since I was kind of busy but I finally got into the car and gave it a try... I deleted my old ini file, removed the .dll and downloaded the new one... this is the result after restarting RR:

This time it's not filling in the parts that it shouldn't so my best guess this time is that there's way to many decimals, before I restart it the screen shows 29,28 and thats enough, if you can just set the number of decimals it should save to 2 or something... getting close anyway...
What worries me is that neither you or the majority of ppl using it isn't having this kind of problem...

mine seems to be working now. after a brief test it auto-loads, miles dont reset to zero after reboot, and numbers look ok. The only thing thats odd about this screen is the colors, the top is my day color and the bottom (a seperate .swf) is my night color. I think there's a variable in the plugin that is throwing flash off... cause its only like this on this skin. How bout that average speed lol

hmm... now I'm the only one still having problems with the numbers...
it looks like my day and night colors are working though, btw... autoload works for me 2... sweet!

my bottom bar is one i made myself.. its not a part of the freedom package (see the info button where gamma should be )

ahh... thats true, I read about that album info thingy...
btw, how many decimals do you have in your .ini file... it might be my comp or something...

he replaced the decimals with | . another difference i just noticed is your using km/h whereas i use mph... perhaps there's something wrong in the conversion?

hmm... might be, first thing tomorrow I'll turn of the international units and give it a try...

I just realized that I have registered the .dll about 5 times or something, one time for each new version, might that have sometjhing to do with it or does it replace the previous registration each time??
