On my pc it doesn't work...
First off: This is what I have been waiting for!!!
I am running GE in my car now outside of RR and it works great (I'm caching SoCal area). but built into RR, now we are talking!
I have tested the latest ver and it works well in my test env... I'll set it up in the car on Monday and try it out more.

On my pc it doesn't work...
That is the latest version, and I'm using it and it is working fine.. so:
1-did you follow all the steps to set it up ?
2-Why don't you tell us exactly what's going on (asides from saying "it doesn't work") so we can try to figure out what's wrong ?

Me only with this issue?
I have RoadRunner.exe (the one that comes with this thread) and the rr.exe in the Road Runner folder. Now when I start rr.exe (the original) it also starts Road Runner.exe and I have 2 instances of roadrunner running.
When I remove/rename the RoadRunner.exe I am unable to run rr.exe anymore!
Once you go to RoadRunner.exe you're not supposed to rename it and you're NOT supposed to have RR.EXE anymore. Who knows what would happen if you don't follow the steps in this thread.

Are you running the NEW RREarth.exe once you overwrite it ? (I mean, OUTSIDE RR) ?Originally Posted by gabepage
Please try that, otherwise, open regedit search for for RREARTH.EXE and delete any folders you find containing anything with it, then run RREARTH.EXE outside and try again.

Today I've tried RREarth in my car.
So everything work perfect except:
- I am using FreeDrive and usually keep 0 port number ib RRConfig for GPS. Today I set there the real port number (lets say 4th) where my GPS is. Google Earth works and showed my position but my FreeDrive 've lost communication with GPS receiver. It is probably because two programs can't use sme port number at the same moment. So probably I need some program which will work like a "hub" for my GPS receiver.
The second thing is: yesterday I download latest (Oct 02) RoadRunner.exe and latest RREarth and it didn't work for me.
It just did not start. I put back previous version of RREarth and it works in my car for now.
