for those of you that are having problems even loading the skin. are you running roadrunner.exe? you HAVE to run that (not rr.exe) to get anywhere.

The current version of RREarth.exe seems to have a problem. I found my old copy and now that I got rid of plus it works good. The version that is currently available for download doesn't activate the skin when you hit the button, nothing visible happens at all. Switching only this executable from old to new makes it work/not work for me.

This is the case with the latest RoadRunner.exe being used.

You should use "GE_START" to open the skin, if that's not working, please post a debug log file when trying to execute it.

Ok, I need a little more info on GE Plus if that's to be supported.. if I can't get this info, I'll probably not even bother with adding support for it. So, if you want Plus to be supported, please provide me with the result for a few tests:

1-Without Running RR, double click the NET.KML file in RREarth's folder. This will open UP GE with the view of the last GPS position acquired by RREarth (if any). Then while GE is open, delete the GPS.KML file in RREarth's folder, you should see an error message coming from GE about an error with the network link... I need to know if the TITLE of the message says "Google Earth" or "Google Earth Plus" -- Click 'Ignore', then:

2-Hit the exit button in GE (File->Exit) or the Close button. GE should ask about saving your temporaty places, I need to know if the TITLE of this message says "Google Earth" or "Google Earth Plus".

Then I can make propper adjusts in the software to support GE plus.

Tommorow I am planing to install this plugin in my car (untill now I tried it at home) and of course I will be interested in night mode as well as road only mode

I have high speed internet in my car 24/7 all over the city so it is time to try it with the plugin
