open up general.ini in the skin folder and change the Showwidth and showheight parameters for your resolution.
When I click on Video the buttons in the video screen dont appear I can still press buttons to go back, but just nothing visually there. Is there something I can do to get them back? cause they used to be there.

cant get the skin to work ,just get a thick line runnig 3/4 way down centre of screen
look for fastmode=-1 in rr.ini, it may not so add it

Like Lertets said, change the showwidth and showheight parameters to 800 X 600 in the general.ini.
You can also change your screen resolution in your display settings to 800 X 600 at 75 hertz to get the native 800 X 480 look.
eLite Lite is a 800 X 480 skin.

I also get a line in middle of screen.
Pink top and Black line in middle of screen.
I have uninstalled RR and re-installed, same problem. CarWings skin (Default) works fine.
Had to add it to rr.ini twice... All good now.
(Added it under [EXTRAS])
