Thread: eLite Lite 1.6.6 (NEWS UPDATE 9-15-11)

Great skin simple and sleek. One problem I encountered. I can't get the album art to display. It worked in DFX but not with this.

The program is capable of very professional results. The end result is really dependent on the skill of the user, though. But if you're just trying to make a new icon, then that's pretty easy.

Search your favorite free downloadable icon site for whatever icon you want to add, hopefully it has a transparent background, so you can overlay it on top of the blank icon template that suavecito uploaded, and you should be good to go.

Gimp is a very good alternative to Photoshop. Other programs have been used on skins (Teknik2 was partially done with Paint.net)

All depends on how patient (or skillful) you are

I know that eLite Lite is amazing, but when is a new version of eLite going to be released? I think this skin needs some better library browsing. I used LSXVoid before this skin and it was implemented very well. It is just hard to pick a single artist and add it to a playlist.

It's easy if you have your folders organized as artist/album/tracks. And if you don't, then you can use the "--Artists--" thing at the top of the list, then use the "add folder" button.

What do you find hard about it?

i just had to sign up and say this is the best looking skin i have ever seen

i didnt want to just download and not say a thing because this deverses every bit or praise
