Thread: eLite Lite 1.6.6 (NEWS UPDATE 9-15-11)

Quick Question, when viewing a dvd how do you go to full screen and remove the menus when watching it? I can do it in other skins but not sure in this one?

today i have found that songs which are playing are not the same songs which RR shows that are playing.
how to solve this?

eLite Lite use the dvd_player.skin instead of the video_player.skin file for dvd playback. The dvd_player.skin file does support this function.
To fix the problem, simply delete the dvd_player.skin file, the only thing is that you will lose the eject function.
I will report the problem with dvd_player.skin to the programmers.

If you are using winamp, I have found that is problem occurs when you add songs directly into winamp by hand and not letting RR do it. This will also occur on any changes made to the playlist using the winamp playlist editor.

hm.. i'm not using winamp, just a RR.
i've just changed songs on playlist, and for now everything works fine

Thanks,that works perfectly. I was also curious about 2 more things. Is it possible, maybe with the skin editor, to instead of having album art to change it to visualizations? Or is it possible to change the "no cover available" to a image that will show when there isn't a album art, but when there is an album art it will show that (I hope that makes sense). And lastly how do you put contacts into the phone menu? Thanks again!

The mobilephone.net plug-in has a file called "MobilePhone_PC" in it's directory; you use that, for now. I've included a sample file so you can see how the formatting is.

I have all my album art embedded in the mp3 file. I don't have seperate jpg files as indicated in the FAQ section.

I have gotten other skins to display this. Is this possible with your skin? If so how would that be accomplished?

You need to use a plug-in like Mp3Art.
1. Download the patch: eLite Lite Mp3 Cover Art Patch.exe

I figured out the problem. It has to do with skin.

Download the attached file, rename to mobilephone.skin and replace in the eLite folder.
