Great looking skin. I like clean skins that don't look like they belong at a SEMA rice-car booth.
I am new again to RR (used it years ago for a while) so please excuse this simple question.
How do I change the arrangement of buttons? On the main page I don't need DVD/Video/HD Radio/etc...
Sorry if this is a program question and not a skin question.
Never mind, press and hold the button to select a new one. Perfect!
I've just formatted my PC with Windows 7. I used to have centrafuse but after some nightmare with the audio outputs between the music, HD radio and Sirius which almost destroyed my 2000W sound system (Installed mitch HDradio program and somehow it made centrafuse folume go to MAX & gave me a little heart attack) I decided to move to RR and to use this skin.
My question is, will this skin be compatible with the new RR update from June 2011? I'm crossing my fingers that RR will be a little more stable than CF but I dunno.... We'll see...
I don't know if anyone else had this problem, but my M3U playlists wouldn't load in eLite after installing the latest RR (June 2011). I think it has something to do with:
Going to "Music --> Playlist --> Open List --> Load List" to load a playlist would simply return to the Music screen without actually loading the playlist.Code:from the RR June 2011 changelog: + Skin; 'AUDIO_PLAYLIST.skin" offically supported, will populate DL with ".m3u.m3u8" file types from your PLAYLIST PATH (no need for a "SD" definition) + Skincommand; "PLAYLIST" is alias to "load;audio_playlist.skin"
Here's the fix:
In your eLite skin directory, make a copy of "load_playlist.skin" and rename it to "audio_playlist.skin".
Then, open up "audio_currentplaylist.skin" in a text editor, find the line that says (it's line 47 for me):
and change it toCode:"B,477,356,149,61,"Load;load_playlist.skin","

Firstly, love the skin, makes RR a pleasure to use.
Recently i put the time in to setup iGO8.3, and it works quite well. But i was wondering if it was possible to remove this bar in the guidance screen:
The one highlighted in yellow.
That way i could use iGO and be able to see the music playing and clock at the same time.
Also is there any way to get the iGuidance link to start up in that mode, rather than starting with the bar down the left hand side?
I just did an update to the latest version of Road Runner and changed some settings, my videos are now playing very small and not full screen. They might be playing in their native resolution, not sure, it happens both inside and outside Road Runner. Is there a way to force it to full screen in Road Runner or this skin?
