Thread: CrystalSilver Skin

i download the GPSSygic_14_6_09.zip file and extracted it to the CrystalSilver Skin directory. I updated the RRconfig GPS section to external and pointed to the sygic exe but when i click on the gps I still get the "not yet available" window popping up. I guess that I have to link some other things?? thanks Andy

ok I did what is stated in the above post but it didn't seem to make a difference at all, so I've now edited the file called ExecTBL.ini and replaced the line
"GPS","MENU;NOFEATURE.SKIN"
with
"GPS","PAUSE||LOAD;sygic.skin;GPS;{sygic path}\Drive.exe |-no-safety -r800x550";Sygic DRIVE"

this now changes the screen to the right skin but sygic starts as a seperate application, how do I make it embedded??

I'm trying to get the external gps skin to work, but something weird happens.

It looks like iGuidance launches, and then closes immediately. I'm then stuck with the desktop showing in the window. The same settings in RR work with CrystalBlue GPS page. The exectbl.ini file has not been modified from the download.

Any ideas?

Look for a "clipping" line in the GPS .skin file; a line that starts with "C"

If there is - delete it.

Hm...I don't see anything like that in the .skin file...
