    Kbreeden,
    Yes, Trader, SAPI is already installed. As I mentioned in my post, all works well if I start RRVoice listening manually. All worked well with the beta of 5.0 that I was testing, but not working with the released version.

    The install of DFX 5 where RRVoice is concerned is not correct...

    RRVoice ini is in the wrong location...

    The RRVoice.ini in C:\Program Files\RideRunner\Skins\DFX5\Plugins\RRVoice
    Should not be there...

    It should be in C:\Program Files\RideRunner\Plugins\RRVoice
    Overwrite the RRVoice.ini that is there...

    You should only have Menu.ini in C:\Program Files\RideRunner\Skins\DFX5\Plugins\RRVoice

    ALso RRVoiceConfig.exe is not the correct version...
    The correct current version is 1.0.0.62...
    It can be found in the first post of the RRVoice Thread
    in the RRVoice.zip file posted...

    Thank you, Jebus. I thought the last version of DFX5 was to fix this issue, but you have confirmed that it does not.

    Yes, I have this problem also. It does seem to be that the background needs to be transparent. If it can be changed, this is a big improvement to the OSK I was using before!

    Thanks for the new skin. As always, Donations will be on their way.

    Also would I be correct in mentioning you need to edit the third line of the RRVoice.ini to point to your actual music path?

    on this note, when i run the "create" command in rrvoiceconfig, it creates a menu.ini file in the C:\Program Files\RideRunner\Plugins\RRVoice path. the menu.ini file just contains these lines-

    [Settings]
    StripChar=-_[],.()!@#$%^*+><?
    PlayMusicCommand=LOADLIST;
    PlaySongCommand=PLAYITEM;
    PlayMusicXtra=
    PlaySongXtra=
    MusicCmdStatus=Command Sets Not Done

    is this normal?

    I must've done something wrong. I moved RRvoice.ini from the DFX folder to RRvoice, ran Riderunner then tabbed out and ran RRvoiceconfig and it was still set to MusicPath=F:\MP3

    REREAD the post about this...

    Nothing there says to move Menu.ini anywhere!

    You need to restart RideRunner after following the post properly...

    Then run RRvoiceConfig....
