Yes, my logic in that one sentence would make it seem like it doesn't read wma tags. But when you take into account posts like this:
http://www.mp3car.com/rr-released-pl...ml#post1353221
Where Blue ZX3, the creator of the skin and RRMedia, states that RRMedia should read any/all tags. Or posts like this one:
http://www.mp3car.com/rr-released-pl...leased-86.html
Where another person complains about no wma tags, and Blue ZX3, again, doesn't state that it cannot read WMA Tags, and says he will look into it.
I also found somewhere else where it was stated that the browser in DFX/RRMedia organized songs based on the tags, so it was important to have the tags sorted properly. I can't find the link to that comment again though. But since my browser will organize songs correctly, but it just won't display tag information while playing the song, I took that to mean it is able to read the WMA tags, as RRMEdia can compile my browser based on tag information, it just isn't displaying it properly. So I figured I had enough evidence to show that RR/RRMedia/DFX supported WMA tags.
Sorry, I'm new to CarPC"s/RR, and learning what handles what functions. I wasn't sure if reading WMA tags was a function of the skin, media player, or Ride Runner itself.
So how do I go about making it use just the file information?
