When I installed everything was already checked except mappoint so it is not that....I wonder why I don't have this advance seaech option..?

What you need to do is add that setting as it wasn't present in the ini file. Open up the file and add the part in bold .

# This adds the song to the database if not found with no rating.
# Would be good for creating a list of unrated song to go though at a latter time
# (True/False, default is off)

Ive been searching through the posts and have not seen anything yet on this issue. Whenever I click on the sync files button the cpu loads up but nothing happens im running the latest RR and running the 11/1/2010 version of DFX 5.0.3 if someone could point me to the post or tell me how to fix this.

The Sync Files in the skin uses Enforcers RRUpD8 plugin. You need to download and install it from his website. It is a great plugin, and allows you to set paths to sync files between your home and CarPC.

is it possible to get the source of your ...ColorPick...flash file ? the one you also use in the dfx3 version.

the one i try to work in my skin makes me not happy, the cycle of it brings my system into slow motion.

Thanks for all your help so far with the search functions I will add this line into the ini file in the morning... are you also able to help me with the other question which was what to do with the delete song files that were posted around page 8 as I really would like to start deleting the rubbish songs from the many many compilation albums I have......cheers

That will be available in the update patch, and will be built in verse the separate exe that was posted.

Why - Why - Why! just installed the skin in the truck and it refuse to pick-up the backgrounds; it don't show the BG pictures in the browser and neither does it pick-up the backgrounds when changing themes. The background is always black.

Running the 11-01 RR and just updated flash (in the truck). DFX4 is still working fine (i can change BG at will)

The skin work fine on my test laptop; i can't figure-out what the problem is; actually, i'm just being lazy and hoping for a spoon feed..
