Mitch, forgive me for my ignorance but this "restore" cmd is going to be added in near future RR update or you already added it? ------ Well, I installed January version of RR last night and I put the restore command in RRVoice menu.ini file and it did nothing. OOgots! Maybe not added yet in RR huh? Or did I do a boo boo? Thx.

Thanks carputer1, I thought so when I didn't see the change listed for download but wasn't sure. I was thinking maybe it was added in on spur of the moment. Oh well.
I like to use the GPS function when I'm in the Music screen on DFX5, but it resets back to album everytime I leave the screen. is there a simple way to get it to stay? Would be nice if it remembered my preferences.
Any news on when the new patch for DFX will be ready? :-)

where i get problems though is ill say "play static X" and it thinks i say "BUSH", or "DOWN" or whatever. i have to repeat it like 5 times before i finally picks static-x
i think i understand what you mean though. if you wanted it to ask if for confirmation any time it couldnt get a 100% match, you would probably have it asking you what you said after every command. which would be really annoying....
Well in the above case you actually need to say "Play artist static x".
If it is really being that difficult, you either need to train the voice profile more, or you need a better microphone.
Open up windows sound recorder (Start Menu/Accessories/Entertainment/sound recorder) and record you saying a few commands, and then play that back. If you hear a lot of background noise, buzzing / hissing, weak pick-up ect, you know it's the mic. The computer can only "hear" as well as what the microphone lets it.
I can not recommend the Andrea mic enough, it is amazing how it cancels out background noise, and tit picks up the voice VERY clearly!
NOTE: If you ever change microphones, you really need to delete the current voice profile, and re-train another one with the new mic.
I am off to CES in Las Vegas in a few hours, be back on Monday......
