This is a bug that others have had problems with too. Go to the RRVoice thread and download it from there. Then, install it separately.

ok great. My only other quetion is i got it loaded but i dont have any of the menu voice commands. Like music,gauges.....

Should be in menu.ini per post 837. Is that file there?

It is there in the skins dfx5 plugin rrvoice folder. But they dont work. The only thing that works is the music. I can say play artist and play song

Hmm, don't know about that one. I remember back in October or thereabouts there was some discussion between John and Jebus about how DFX and RRVoice would relate. When DFX5 came out, RRVoice started using the menu.ini in the DFX RRVoice folder for the commands. I'm guessing that RRVoice doesn't know to look for the menu.ini. I seem to recall that there may have been some sort of tweak to make that happen, but I don't remember the details. You may want to go back and look at the RRVoice and DFX postings during that period. Or maybe John will chime in.

I copied the menu.ini to the rrvoice folder in rr plugins rrvoice. Renamed it to rrvoice.ini and that seem to do the trick. But i thought we were not supppose to do that?

Don't know, but if it works it works.

Ya, I did find that with the current testing that rrvoice looks for what ever the setting file name is set to in the rrvoice.ini, though can't remember what the setting us named. You can keep the menu.ini in the dfx plugin folder, just rename it rrvoice.ini and it will read it. This has been fixed in the update as well.

anyone know what i should do with this error?



ive been getting hangups on startup of RR, and even during use. i think my next step is to reinstall RRvoice, maybe even dfx

i have already reinstalled speach sdk and .net 4.0
