As far as RRVoice, check and make sure that its debug mode is off, as that will slow down RR really bad(RRVoice.ini). That error has nothing to do with RRVC, speach sdk or .net 4.0. When are you getting that error?

I had the same error as you from the first time I install RR and DFX 5. However, I thought the reason I get the error due to I used foobar plugin and ASIO output. I think there is some conflict between these plugin. I get the error and have to restart RR. Right now, I still got that error sometime. Don't know why I got it. :D
i get it when i start up RR. it causes the frontend to hang for minutes while on the "starting mixer and speech" part....
I am trying to get Sygic Fleet running in DFX. Here is the button code. Also it launches but doesnt stretch to fit rr and does really embed it is just floating there
Load;GPS_Sygic.skin;Sygic DRIVE;C:\Program Files\SygicDrive\Drive\WindowsXP\Drive.exe;Sygic FLEET||ACTIVATE;Sygic FLEET
is it straightforward to reinstall RRmedia? because ive always had intermittent problems with that plugin
Feel free to post issues you have/had in the rrmedia thread when I begin working on v2.0, hopefully soon... That DFXSpeak is not related to rrmedia either, not sure where gizmo is getting that idea from?
i wish it were though. i would like dfxspeak be able to speak to the frontend so it (the music browser) can jump to the song you just commanded by voice. is it feasible to do so?
pc worked great today though. i jumped in the car, dfx gave no pauses, the internet automatically and seamlessly switched from my house network to my cellular one as i left the driveway and the streaming radio never skipped a beat. now if i can just get this to happen 99 times out of 100 my carpc will be finished :)
1. Where have you put the above code?
2. Have you set the GPS in RRConfig?
3. Have you tried it with Carwings?
The only reason for the GPS application to 'Float' is because the Window name is wrong. Now for Sygic Fleet the window name is Sygic Fleet, so that looks correct.
Therefore is must be where you hve put the window name.
Normally you have the Window name and Path for your GPS application set in RRConfig and use the GPS command to load the navigation.
However if you have used Exectbl.ini to translate the GPS command then the above command should be against that.
If the above is in the correct place, try it without the activate (it should be OK but maybe causing an issue)
