I just cannot figure out what is going on with your setup so the only thing I can think of is start over.

Ok make sure you have at least 7-8-06 version of RR.exe

Rename your Chucks folder - ChucksOld

Down load CkucksSKINIIII.zip and unzip and make sure everything is new – just redid it today

Then open RR and select Chucks Skin then quit RR and restart RR to make sure Chucks skin starts as soon as RR starts.

Go to setup and try to change button preset 1 and save preset 1 then quit RR and restart and see if the setting you saved work and let me know.

hey i will do what you told me, but i ve been busy latelly,. listen man i was driving the other day and i thought of an idea and i want to ask you if its doable with your skin:
on the Audio_Player skin, the slide bar on the right is it possable that when someone hit the down or up arrow , it'll display like a page number, for e.g. on my screen it fits 7 songs every page, so say i iknow there is a song on page "7", then i will scrol down untill i see "7" on the slide bar.??!!!

Not that I can think of right now

Just use skip to or in my skin its called goto

Added song reminder – just touch bottom left to add song
All players use the same set of skin.jpg’s now
All buttons use text graphics instead of graphics on .jpg’s
Changed main menu – simplified it and add bass and treble back in
Changed xm and Sirius – now with preset menu
And the list goes on

OK guys, total Newbi here to RR so bear with me. Here is the problem I'm having. I think I have the skin installed properly, installed the font added the extra to the rr.ini, renamed the ExecTBL.ini. When I launch RR and go to setup I have nothing listed there for buttons just a empty screen. Am I missing something, again I've been using Frodo for some time so my mind is still trying to shift gears and I'm fear I'm confusing myself more that I need to. Thanks in advance for any and all help, LOVE this skin, now if I can only get it to look like yours(Chuck)! Thanks -Peter

Scratch that last post. I figured that one out, now the problem I'm having is well a couple things. When running RR with or without this skin it is very slow. I mean I click on the NAV button and it can take a couple minutes to goto that screen and get IG running. However if I launch IG from the dsesktop it is seconds if that to have it up and running. Any thoughts? Also when running IG in a 800x600 sized skin, it seems to cut the left of the IG screen off as well as looks wierd when full screen from behind. I have been playing with ini's but I think I might be making it worse. Any help there? Thanks in advance!

1 update RR to the beta.
2 wait a day or two I am coming out with a new version of this skin with lots of new stuff and a fix for IG.

Added gas.
Change top display color on the fly.
Audio preset buttons that remembers track numbers in each preset.
Smoother skin switches.
Added a trip meter.
All indicators and buttons use text graphics for easer mods.
And the list goes on.

I will try to get this out today for you.

Update 9-16-06

Need to do a complete install
Need to reinstall font
Need to add my rr.ini to rr.ini

Added a power button to stops whatever player is running and turns off the display also cuts cpu almost down to nothing
Hit any button and display comes back on and the music playing in whatever player was going
Added gas. – hit any gas station and the address will to go track name in gas and gps skin
Changed the moon phase to a big clock – top left
Change top display color on the fly. – three colors
Audio preset buttons that remembers track numbers in each preset.
Smoother skin switches.
Added a trip meter. – thanks to festy
All indicators and buttons use text graphics for easier mods. – thanks guino
Moved control and MP3 Preset folders in chucks folder
Chopped this thing way down and now there is only 33 skin.jpg to edit the whole skin. - 14 of those are menus
I changed just about everything
