good ripper and not bad for touchscreen.. might be better but thought I'd mention it.
UPDATE ON PROGRESS:
- added a whole new menu which is accessed using a button which replaces the nightmode button
- in the process of sorting out a new OSK for iGuidance
- utilities section now complete with games /settings / applications / utilities all usefull apps inc audio recorder (for dictaphone stylie) / cd ripping / cd burning etc.
- FM radio skin complete
- the new menu has these options so far but I need to change some of them so I need suggestions:
- Telephone (Phoco)
- Email (can be used to open outlook or something more TS friendly. I have it opening GMail in internet explorer's kiosk mode. In kiosk mode the page loads up without any toolbars or anything so does not look like a webpage)
- Chat (need to get rid of this. Was gonna embed Windows Messenger but has too many problems embedding due to multiple windows etc and looks crap anyway - need suggestions for a replacement)
- Photos (for photo/image viewing and slideshows - uses windows image viewer for now)
- News (BBC News low graphics web page opens in IE kiosk mode)
- Traffic (BBC Main traffic website opens in IE kisk mode)
- Weather (can be used with the RR weather skins but I have it going to BBC weather in IE kiosk mode)
- SHopping (another one that needs replacing! This is simply Froogle in IE kiosk mode for price checking items etc. But this is crap and needs replacing with something more usefull)
Applications I'm looking for with a nice touchscreen user firendliness:
- Games in general (nice simple ones)
- Audio recorder to use as a dictophone
- CD Burner for files and Audio discs
- CD Ripper (I know there's a good one around here somewhere)
- Notes utility - something similar to what u get on PDAs with the option to jot little pictures or write text if you want
If I can find good apps to cover the above tasks then the extra menu can be more useful.
When all the above is complete I will release the skin along with Windows Start-up / shutdown / login screens, boot screens, fonts and a Windows theme so from boot to front end load it all looks to be loading seemlessly with an OEM look.
(Please excuse the babbling and waffling and bad grammar and poor punctuation and bad spelling and typos and sentences that jsut plain don't make sense - just typing as my brain ticks over - and it's late! (or early) !)

Apologies for the late reply. I am away from my main PC at the moment where all my .fla files are. I'm also in the middle of rewiring things and upgrading my soundcard etc. I will release the .fla files with the fullr elease of the skin when I'm back. Sorry about this.

Ok ladies and gentlemen, not directly linked to this skin, but this is where the initial posts were. There is now a new clock version in the making.
For people who use these clocks with RoadRunner, the new file will also now display GPS data. The good bit of this is that you will have a virtual speedo. It will eventually also display satalite lock etc.
For a sneak preview have a look here http://www.wrx-carpc.co.uk/software At the moment it is just taking the time to move the needle for demo purposes.
Hope you like it and if you have any suggestions, let me know.
Please don't ask for a customised version of this file yet, as it is still in the making. I will advise when finished and availble for customisation.
Steve.

I don't khnow if you started putting on the new OSK yet, but this seems like a MUCH better solution:

If you haven't seen it already. =)
With my virtual clocks / speedo gauges and Lloydys skin, the possibilities are endless!
Behold, virtual gauge screen !!
