Simplistique Skin Release - download and screenshots

I have been using RR for a while, and still learn new stuff every day. I was getting agrivated by RR messing with my mic's mute setting whenever I changed the volume. I read to go into config and change it to control only the master volume. I did that and it worked, the mic no longer becomes live/muted with vollume changes. As a side effect, the Mute button in the Simplistique skin started working! When I press it, it becomes orange and stays that way! Someone probably know the details as to why, but I'm just glad its now working!

Hey Lloydy,

Wicked skin ... Have you thought about releasing the psds so that someone can finish work on it?

I'm keen on editing the menus and colour scheme for my personal use.

Love your skin and the animated speedo/logo. Professional.
However, I can't get the logo show on my screen. (speedo, clock all work fine but I get an empty circle instead of the logo) I downloaded the opel.png file, renamed it to main_logo.png but it won't show. Any ideas?

For those that have noticed the new version of RR has a built in Picture Viewer, I have designed a skin specifically for this new feature.

All you need to do is add the path where your pictures are stored to the RR.ini file, similar to this :

picspath=C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\My Pictures\

Screen shot and required files attached.

Sweet! Thanksby the way... does anyone have the weather skin for this?

I'd liek to have it in teh original format vs the blue version. I dont know much about PS and I'd just rather not mess with skinning.

I noticed that the radio skin is the standard one from RR. Is there a way to create one that fits the Simplistique scheme?

Here are the weather pages for the Simplistique skin. You will just have to find a place to put the button to link to the weather, possibly a feature that you don't use.

lloydy, feel free to add this to your skin if you wish.

Does anyone know if it's possible to use Firefox as the browser for the menu2.skin - news, weather, shopping etc.

I see that IE is running in kiosk mode but I don't know if Firefox can run in or even has a kiosk mode. When I change the lines in menu2.skin to Firefox it comes up as a separate application.
