Would it be possible for you to post your windows theme, save your current setup as a theme file?

I have been playing around with my settings but some of the IE stuff still doesnt look like yours.

I have the skin and Iguidance also... When I hit GPS I get the BSOD(havent seen that on my pcs in years) and the system reboots. To make sure it wasn't Iguidance I lauched it by clicking the exe and it worked fine. I even tried it with another skin and all is well. I think its only part of the problem though.

Using the skin w/ iGuidance as well and haven't had a problem. Anything changed recently with you setup? After a restart does it do same thing?

I'd like to use skinbedder with iguidance, anyone know how I need to edit the menu.skin file to do this? Simply replacing the path to the exe doesn't seem to do anything?

Another comment, RE: DVD player. Your powerdvd controls are slightly different than mine. I had to change the sendkey to (ENTER) instead of (SPACE) for the play function. Also the DVD player is a bit strange to me (maybe this is a RR issue?) when I hit the screen it first pops up this "controls" word int he top left hand of the screne, which I have to hit, then it will show the skin. Is this as intended or am I missing some kind of setup? It makes it a bit long to get to the control and why the two steps?

Sorry to hear about this. It sounds quite nasty. I can't think of an immediate solution to this problem. Does it happen with other skins or just my one? Are you using iGuidance Europe or the US one?

I'm sure if you search around there will be plenty of threads about using SKINbedder, however, I am unsure of its use myself. I will find out though and look into using it and making a matching SKINbedder skin myself.

RE: DVD Player
It is the same when I use the DVD player. I just assumed this is the way it was. I haven't tried the DVD player in any other skin so I don't know any different. The green "Controls" word comes up for me aswell. I would also like to get rid of this. I'll experiment. Also, I've been having issues getting the DVD to play if the DVD disc has been inserted before PowerDVD was started. The ol' ENTER swapped with SPACE in the sendkey command is probably the answer. Sorry about that - I will fix it in the next release. My bad.

Some other things I'm trying to look into:
- getting the POI database from iGuidance in order to perhaps insert my own
- integrating PartyPoker app. Play poker in the car!
- Still waiting for my FM PCI card to get the FM skins done
- Having terrible problems with bluetooth at the moment. When it's fixed PhoneControl skins are my next priority.

no luck, all the different stages of the volume control images are in the skin folder from what i can see, although i didnt get a chance to have another look last night. more tweaking i thinks in order!

and another small problem im having (prob just with my RR setup) but i cant get the album art to display. im not that sure where to point RR to look for the album art.

Is the volume slider not wokring in every screen or just the main menu? Have you altered the .skin files at all? (For a slider to work the Y element - the slider "style" - in the skin file needs to be defined BEFORE the slider element itself (the S element))

The album images just need to be in the folder alongside all the mp3 tracks - no configuration other than that needed. It can have any file name just as long as the image is a JPEG (perhaps GIFs and PNGs are supported aswell). If there is more than one image file in the folder it will just use the first one alphabetically. From my experience, ensure the files are small (no larger than 50k) as RR tends to take ages loading the images otherwise and stops a smooth scroll of the list. Best to get any album art from Amazon.com / .co.uk - the album cover images there are of a decent size and there are plenty of them.
