First problem solved. Was indeed a wrong shortcut to RR.exe in the startup fokder. Thanks.

About the second one. Now the first one is fixed I'm not planning to use hibernate in the near future any more due to occasional problems with my ibus controller and HQCT. So I won't be seeing that problem again (I hope..)

Hi En4cer, Ive been a very hapy user of your i-drive skin for over 2 years now. Unfortunately my 530i touring deceased a month ago

Now Ive bought a 2006 Volvo XC90 and absolutely want to intergrate the Idrive into it.

Any chance you have a Volvo logo lying arround somewhere?

Enforcer !!! Hopefully you can help me here..

I have a problem, for some reason there is no audio being played through my rear speakers when i am listening to the Mp3's, but when i watch a video all the speakers works fine. I have checked the Hi-Fi settings, and EQ settings in idrive and cant seem to find the culprit ?? I am assuming it would be an winamp problem ?? i have uninstalled and reinstall winamp twice but still same problem ?? I used windows media player and everything works fine, but for some reason with winamp only front spekers have sound ??

Another problem, the volume control in Idrive on the bottom left panel is stuck at 50% i tried hitting the "+" to increase the volume, but it doesnt do anything, it still says 50% ??

Any suggestions ?? its odd, the videos works fine all speakers are being played through, but when i do mp3's only the front speakers have sound, rears are muted ??

Check RRConfig for where you are mapping the volume control to, should be in the audio section. Try different settings.

Actually unless you have an Audio card with dual stereo out I don't see how you have no sound on your rear speakers when you do on your front unless you have wired the speakers from your HU or amp wrong. ie the left out is powering the front and the right out is powering the back.

thanks.. i'll check the volume control settings in RRConfig..

as for the no sound problem.. ya, it was working before now all of a sudden it stopped working ?? The weird part is, when i am watching music videos the rear and front works fine, its just when i am listening to mp3's ..

actually, i just messed around some more, it seems its a winamp problem ?? because, i am using wndows media player to play the mp3's and the sounds works fine front/rear .. when i switch back to winamp i have nothing in the rear..

..

i'm going to start a new thread on the problem hopefully to get ti fixed.. thanks again..
