Thank you Justin. I will like to see it when you are ready to show![]()
Pretty impressive looking for sure. I'm doing something somewhat similar (although not nearly as cool) with my 02 WRX. I'm using a version of enginuity that I've modified somewhat to query certain engine parameters from the ECU. I'm tempted to write some flash gauges to display these parameter values, but as of right now I don't have the time necessary...

Absolutely, that's what this place is all about ;-)
2002 WRX CarPC
If you want my most recent enginuity or skin sources, let me know and I'll send them over. Unfortunately, my enginuity mods are really pretty much hacks; I haven't gone to the trouble of making things appropriately configurable -- what parameters are sent to road runner and RR variable names, etc are all hardcoded. Once I get everything all finished and working the way I want, I'll clean it up if anyone else wants it.
BTW, I love the car. Turbo Foresters are awesome.
update on the first page . The GPS screens this time.
BTW, surtr, i am very curios if my application for the gauges can be "read" by RR itself or by some flash gauges...
when you will have time, i will love that you will give me an advice there...
Well, what I did to Enginuity to allow it to pass data to RR was by calling the COM API method, "SETVAR". Since enginuity is Java based, I had to use a 3rd party API to do this, but I've since found an easier way -- RR has a command line executable called exec.exe that you can use to set variables, indicators or whatever else in RR from anything outside.
As far as doing it direct to flash, I won't be much help there since I've never done any flash development. If I get the time I'll dig into it some, but that's not likely to happen for a while.
