boy have I been sleeping...

Been caught up doing other things not entirely carpc related... I should be able to get back to some more things in the next few days.

I did realize that when you added the 'onartclick' feature that it's actually a part of the mp3art plugin, not a specialized command. So I'm going to be installing that plugin and giving it a try - and removing that line from the exectbl.

I'll still be taking some time to figure out the radio changed you had mentioned... I started to look at it, but it'll take a while to make sense of it.

Stay tuned... I haven't forgotten - since I'm using it every day.

Sorry 'bout that. Been using the mp3art plugin for so long, I took it for granted that you did too. That said some other plugins I guess you ought to investigate , if you haven't already are:

RREXTENDED
COVERJUKE

And for internet-capable systems -RRTC, RRGAS, RRSHOUTCAST, RRTUBEX,and RRMAIL

But I'm always trying to push the boundaries of my system. I'll be generating a MYMOBILER screen next week for my WM Phone, too.

yea I was planning on using the plugin... but I need to get my audio clips properly organized so I can see it working properly. That's one thing I've been doing is renaming and capturing album arts to be embedded in properly formatted id3 tags... taking a long time even with a program.

I believe I do have RRextended loaded, but not really using anything from it. And when I was first starting was playing with coverjuke.... but that kinda falls back to not having my album art setup.

I'm glad you're giving me things to do or else I'd be nearing the dead-end.

Okay, so I'm finally getting back to some work on this thing, there's been some issues I've come across with my install that have just been buggin me, so i'm fixing them.

I'm also working on implementing RRMedia now, so that will likely get done before FM/XM - sorry. But this will bring the audio browser/player screens a little more to complete.... and make finding songs while on road trips that much easier. I've got a weekend road trip with 5 people coming up the end of next month, so I plan on having alot more things sorted out by then.

I think it's much more difficult to skin a vertical screen than a regular 800x600 screen I mean just the amount of screen you have to use up.... tricky

Damn this is taking me a long time to get around to releasing an updated copy of things.

Haven't done too much other than some small tweaks to make things look and flow better.
I'm currently integrating RR_Media into things rather than figuring out the audio_browser skin.

Aiming to release an update either later tonight or tomorrow night.
No XM or FM additions though; at least not yet, sorry Giz

There's just soooo much real estate to deal with!!

Okay Giz - I've got a revamped version up
There's still much to fix, but I think this is much better than before - more completed

If anyone else is wanting to give it a shot you're more than welcome to it...c'mon, there has to be more tall screen users out there.

I've updated the first post to make it a little more presentable.

This skin is available for download!! I haven't started on the XM/FM yet, but that will be next as I've got the basic function of everything else working decently (I think)
