Of course it looks like DFX skin, I have used DFS´series since I install my first carpc!!!
DFX is the "soul" behind this skin, that's the reason that I mention John in the second post

Guess i could wait for a release and find out but i'm going to ask anyway - what is the difference between the button with the music (note) icon and the one next to it with what looks like a turn table? They both indicate "music" to me..

Thks, the note icon is for player skin, the other one is for RMedia Disk changer...

I think either an image of a Jukebox or a multi CD Disk changer would be better

Because at the moment I am having visions of someone connecting a USB record deck to their CarPC.

And can you imaging the skipping that will get whilst on the move?

I really need to change the icons, I grab those on the internet because they are the first single colors that I found... And only single color images can be direct color changed by script...
AnywayFeel free to give me samples and sugestions on the skin...
The music bar for example is over the numbers, and ugly, lots of things to improve...

I need some extra help here!!!

You're right! I couldn't find and monochrome icon for a disk-changer. Sorry i can't help. However, i think something like this would fit better (tho not exact).

of course, do what suits YOU.
