i like very much your skins, i would suggest you in this relase to make a page where are listed the stats of the vehicle, for example:
Remain Fuel in %
Total KM
Max Speed KM
etc..
just a suggestion ^^
ps: i looked the preview video about 200times lol xD just love this skin and hope will be finish soon and ofc will be more in future!

i would like to make a suggestion, don't know if other have just think about it:
Would be nice and i have try to edit on elite 1.6.6 the background with a dreamscene as flash object, i just did it and wasn't really heavy and was relly cool, if you could made it on your next relase would be a dream.. if you don't know what a dreamscene is that's an example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVW81...feature=fvwrel

what i did is nothing special just took a dreamscene video then converted in swf and embed the flash under everything, i did right now a video just for make an idea, ofcourse it bugs since what i did was just to add a flash.. if there is a way to incorporate it would be really nice idea for next relase of elite and other skins too, in my opinion.
And as you can see in the video when you change page the background will continue play without rollback and restart again.

I think a lot of the skins should be open source by the authors so if they are busy at work, others can work on it (just my opinion). I'm not great a coding but I can work with photoshop and work with others to have it coded or something.... This long wait really sucks.
