Yes hi, Love this skin, question I have is, If I do a search and get my result from the search, ie.... Staying Alive - Bee Gee`s, is there any ways I can see what album its from, or sort of select the album that song is in?

For the next update, you would be able to do the following...

Play select on that song then open up the ratings screen and click on the album and it would play the album that song is on. You could try it now but you would have to have installed the active winamp plugin located in the helper files folder.

It is in MP3 Format, WM player has a habit of stealing associations with each and every update if you let it

Now that the skin is released, I can start working on some little things that have been bothering me. I HATE working with Flash, but I did manage to make a new calculator and Scribble Pad, that are now transparent, and all the buttons match the rest of the skin. It gives it a much more integrated look for sure!

The numbers don't show up in the calculator...where can I fix this? thx

2 things.
1] when my gps detects movement my video menu wont load says video disabled. How can i hack this because im not moving but my GPS always shows at least 1mph even though i am not moving. <its in a poor location so weak satellite signal>
2] when i try NEXT TRACK on video it only will fast fWD like 5 seconds.I tried to edit my Video_Player.skin in notepad. Change the button code to NEXTTRACK but it still does not go to next track.

RoadRunner is far more best than CentraFuse,and gives much more for free!

Read the DFX Help file in the "/Road Runner/skins/DigitalFX 4.0/Helper Files" folder. I believe this feature is called MotionLock.

I've managed to change VW logo,the previous was extremly ugly...
For anyone who wants to add new logo to database of the skin,download picture from net (jpg,etc...),than convert it into PNG format (Portal Network Graphics),write a name wich you want to use,and save it into RR instal directory...How to change a logo you all know...Excelent this program is---cool functions!

Welcome to the awesome combination of RoadRunner and the DFX skin! JohnWPB is the "master/creator" of this skin along with the help of several others to help make the skin what it is, in its current form.

HI,
I've been lurking for sometime on various threads as I've planned my CarPC installation. Having figured out all the hardware and how to get it into the car and maintain the OEM look, I moved on to the software.

I am settling on RR with the DigitalFX 4 skin as it comes closest to my requirements, after many hours of digging around and searching various threads (eyes are hurting) and reading the help file, I've got stuck with a couple of things I just can't seem to solve: -

1/ The 1 day and 5 day Weather does not work (the radar etc. works fine and is centered on San Jose, CA)

2/ The FreeFone plugin is working to some extent with my phone (make and receive calls via BT), however it fails to become an embedded window when I launch it from within RR

3/ Setting the default location and zoom for the traffic map

Highlights

The skin customization is great and very easy to use, embedding Google Earth looks awesome, the theater plugin is also great and just works.
Still working on all the other stuff before I load it once again for real and install it in the car.
