LOL... I couldn't read your RRConfig settings!

Anyway, your Garmin skin looks different than mine. Your's has the Garmin RR on the top section as well as the Play/Prev/Next button. Mine just has the row of buttons at the bottom. Did you install a different skin for Garmin?

and on the config the location was set to :GMPC||GMPC_OVERLAY||RUNGMPC
with the window name as: Garmin Mobile PC

I used the one that was included with DFX4 and an external On-Screen Keyboard software to go with it.

Unfortunately, I am not too sure how to fix your issue. I will try it when I get home to see if I can duplicate your issue.

I tried it and it worked for me. Garmin launched and all... You didnt have to include the "GMPC||GMPC_OVERLAY||RUNGMPC" command in your config. It is supposed to be added to your GPS button (menu.skin/menu2.skin)

Did you edit the GPS Button in your menu.skin to include the launch command?

Mine looks like this:
B07,556,220,185,83,"GMPC||GMPC_OVERLAY||RUNGMPC"

clicking it once will launch Garmin, or other option as described in the readme file is to do this:

B07,556,220,185,83,"GPS||GPS_OVERLAY",@GMPC||GMPC_ OVERLAY||RUNGMPC@

clicking on it once, will launch iGuidance and if you click and hold the button, it will launch Garmin.
Replace the button coordinates that corresponds to your GPS button.

Unfortunately, this solution (skin) is only for 800x600 or 800x480 so I cant use it. My resolution is set at 1280x768.

Ok I added that to my menu.skin and it launched. Except the overlay did not. When I go back into the RoadRunner config and add the GMPC||Overlay thing it then comes up but the program does not launch.

I would suggest going to you musicpath and deleting the RMediaDb.db file and then updating to the 1.2.2 RMedia Patch version Found Here

Ya'll need to start from scratch; the way Anarchy did it worked for him but is VERY unusual.

Go back and follow the intructions posted by MonkeyRacer in the overlay release STEP-BY-STEP and then all you have to do is create a button in DFX.

I havent had much luck with the button editor so i would sugest you create a button manually.

None of the skins or commands in DFX are used.
