Thread: DigitalFX 4.0

I have a question on displaying Album Art for the current song playing on the main menu screen.

I read Post 2028, and I'm still a little unclear on how to do this.

2028 said to do the following

Here is the line for the album art to show in the center. Open the Menu-Logo.txt file, and replace the logo line with this one:
J,245,161,308,283

I don't have a menu-Logo.txt file. So I don't know what I need to edit to accomplish this.

Basically, I just want the album art for the current playing song to display in the main menu window. Can anyone help me out with this?

I updated RR recently and noticed my Weather loads the Ol' RR images. I like the ones that DFX has used.. How do I change this back>?

Blue, I have not had the chance to give you feedback from your advice some time back in this post. You said after the search to press the "manage playlists" button to access the playlist the DataBase search creates. But I have tried that many times with no success. What could be the problem?

Also, My weather is not working right, I have radar, but the forecasts don't show up.

Also, I have discovered how to switch from the old search to the new search using the touch screen interface without going into the configuration screen.

I have noticed that the DB search does not find some of my songs that I know are there.

I'm gonna bet that you're having the same problem I did...

(Most likely) you need to add the playlist file types to the Audio File Types area in RRConfig (Music Pg1). You'll want to make sure that in addition to your mp3, wav, flac or whatever other music file types you have in there that you also add .pls, .m3u and any other playlist types you may use.

After you do that, you should be able to see the playlists in the Manage Playlist screen.

And to verify, even though you weren't able to see them on that screen... the playlists should still be physically located in your playlist directory. That was my problem... I knew they were there, just RR wouldn't see them.

BTW, this exact prob/sol was discussed a few posts back.

I've tried searching many times and its has not been answered yet. I've tried over five times to install digital fx 4 and it freezes at 22%, fix flash part everytime, i even uninstalled sp3 and went through a harsh couple of hours to get xp working right again once i took sp3 off and the **** off part of it all it i still can't install digital fx 4 it still freezes at the same point 22%

What version of RR are you trying to install DGFX 4 into? Is there some compatibility problem? I have XP SP3 and I have no issues with the install. I would first turn off any antivirus programs you might have running or any other programs that might be running in resident memory and see if that helps.
