Thanks blue, I will do it tonight/tomorrow...
thanks a lot...
John, thanks for edit the post... I also removed the script from the other post to make this tread more clean...
once again, thanks guys, you all kick some "serious a55" from my setup...
That's because you are using the default path shown by the installer. Simply use the browse button next to the default path, and choose the root folder where you have RR installed.
For instance change it to
F:\MyStuff\RideRunner\
and it would install everything correctly into that root folder, skin, dll's ect ect...

Blue,
I have a question about the search in the RRMedia. When I try to search for let's say Creed, using the browse by artist I get all Creed and Creedance Clear Water Revival. Are there any filters, or do I have to remove CCR song by song?
I have noticed this myself from time to time. I don't know if Blue is looking to add/change anything in RRMedia... but IF he is
I would like to see a way to use a [SPACE] and have that part of the search term. So searching for Creed[Space] would eliminate Creedence from the search.
Now I just sit and wait for the IM from him.......![]()

can help my to embedding netStumbler on roadrunner
Thanks
This is the fourth post to ask this question.....WowI got your PM and replied to it, and then saw people replying to the post with that question and trying to help, as well as your other post here asking the same question.
Welcome to the forums, first off. But please have a little patients when asking a question. Posting it in many places it not recommended, as different people may take their time to answer in all the different places, somewhat wasting time for someone trying to help, when it may have already been answered in one of the other 3 places you had already asked.
This is what is considered "Cross Posting" on the forums and is frowned upon (And actually against the forums rules). I realize you are new to the forums and do not want to give you a hard time, it is just good info to know in the future.

Can you hibernate with netstumbler running these days?
I would ask on the netstumbler forum, but I and a few others have been banned from there.
Gee...that's somehow....not surprising...![]()

This has now been addressed, as seeing that this is the first time its been brought up since RRMedia's orig release.
The next release will use only what you input into the osk as the search criteria, unless you use the "*" wild card befor/after the search term. FOr users that are too used to the old way... there is an opt that keeps it operating like it has in the past too.
In your example, Search by artist 'Creed' will now only return 'Creed' only results. If you wanted anything starting with 'Creed', you would use 'Creed*', ending in 'Creed' would be '*Creed'. Of course anything containing 'Creed' would be '*Creed*'. Basically just like searching for a file in windoz.
This still operates the same, any time a osk search contains spaces, it will use each seperate term as a filter.

Hey John, I got bored today and started playing with the settings in DFX4. Is there any way to save the background as C:\Program Files\Road Runner\Skins\DigitalFX 4.0\Scripts\BackupUser\User?.png. I think it would really be great if as I save/backup a user profile the picture associated with that profile gets updated to match the background of that user. Here's an example of what I'm talking about:
I know the RRCode to do this is quite simple compared to the rest of DFX4, it was just a thought. If you like I can try to write it for ya. I figure its just a matter of copying the background image to the BackupUser subdirectory as UserX.png.
