No, not sad at all.... Thinking of the wife and kids is a given. As for the skin, there is a certain passion in having and using a CarPC. Something you are certainly not alone in, and the MP3Car forums certainly proves that!

I am glad that you came through all right, and hope you are feeling better and things are returning to normal.

After checking the dates it appears I've had this thread bookmarked and been following it almost daily for over ten months now!

Surely that must unlock some sort of Lurking Acheivement™?

John, I have reserved 2 sick days at work of my year allocation just for moment when you'll get out DFX5 since I know "I'll be all sick until I'll get it up on my truck"...

As I said, donations are not necessary, but are still very much appreciated

you can use either link really, the one on my website, or the one in the first post in this thread.

still pluggin' away at it, but it's coming along nicely, and no foreseen delays so far.

Please no, don't wait to release the skin. I just thought it was important to point out how difficult a choice it must be on a holiday weekend to be working on DFX 5.0 instead of your car to get it out to the clamoring hordes, and how much we should all appreciate it.
